"I don't know exactly what's wrong, let's start by replacing the most expensive component first."
Fact is that the car will be moved to a larger garage where they are (more) qualified. So who knows what will be next.

Just speculation on my part, but if it is the BECM, I believe you have to open the pack up to replace that. You need the same specialized equipment as with the HVBJB replacement, and maybe the dealer didn't have this stuff -- or the training -- to perform this procedure.

I did manage to screenshot a few diagnostics with Forscan before the car went to the dealership.
Based on this information it does look like the BCM is the problem, but i am also worried about the BECM message of "System voltage high"

P0563 qualifies you for a new HVBJB per TSB 23-2020.

As long as that's practice while under warranty I'm ok with that. But once it's my $$ forget it. This is probably the first car I'll get an ESP for in decades.
There are a few threads here about ESP, my only advice is buy a Ford one not an aftermarket. And they are not very expensive because the BEV components are covered till 100,000 mi.

Yes i know, my previous SVS last year also did that, but the comment of my dealership (and Ford NL) is that these TSB codes are for Amerika only and are not active in Europe.

Last year the dealer did a reset and update and gave the car back after 1 day.
I could complain all i wanted but they were not planning on doing any hardware replacement, because the dealer would not get compensated for that

Well, you need a new HVBJB with that code regardless of what your dealer thinks. If they clear the codes or replace other parts, the errors will happen again until the HVBJB is replaced. If they mention the P0563 code on the warranty paperwork Ford will pay them to replace the HVBJB.

We had that difficulty with some USA dealers until the previous version of that TSB was released, which proved they would be compensated to replace the HVBJB.

Those components are already covered by the 8yr/80k (or 8yr/100k not sure which is reality these days). It's all the other crap I worry about. Like hey, door module and BCM go kaput. I won't be pleased.
That's why we paid for the Ford EW. $1900 and piece of mind thru 2027.

I'm going to get it from here after it's visit to the dealer next week.

You know i really think there is a big difference in how European dealers are handling their customers. I would love to have new modules in my car, especially after being back at the dealer twice in a year now, but it is simply not happening over here.

The dealer told me that they measured the wiring to and from the HVB and found a faulty connection. This could explain all the error codes i got, even from the first time i had issues.
So after being replaced i got the car back. Yes i know that my car still has it's original hvbjb, but it just keeps on working.

I do have a very good AAA subscription here, so if something happens the car gets towed and i can continue on what i was doing, even on the holidays coming up.

I was able to check with FDRS in the history what they exactly replaced. It is quite interesting to see.
The yellow wiring was replaced ...
