I am using 1.3 and I must say, I love it. I use hands free driving everyday and here in SoCal, most of the highways are supported.
One concern I have and already provided feedback to Ford is related to Motorcycle.
I use the HOV line all the time and due to heavy traffic here, speed isn't very high most of the time.
Lots of Motorcycles are riding between the HOV and next right lane in much higher speed.
Every time a Motorcycle passes me, for some reason car wants to match their speed and accelerate quickly. Until it gets too close to the car in front and then breaks really hard.
Did anyone else experience the same issue? Any suggestion?

That is a concern indeed. I did not experience that with BC 1.3 yet.

My main concern is dangerous behavior:
On Highway 280 here in Silicon Valley, Caltrans did not paint line markers on short stretches over bridges. BC loses it every time there, even though the stretch is short. In approx. one in 10 cases, BC suddenly turns the car left before disengaging. That is quite startling and felt very dangerous. I learned not to trust hands-free, especially when cars are present or lines are missing.

Kinda hard for a driving aid that works by reading lines to stay engaged when there are no lines.

Motorcycles - yes very common in the HOV / Carpool lane.

However, in a HOV lane, I avoid turning on BC because so many drivers do not care about crossing the double solid lines.

Only time I use BC 1.3 is on long distance, low traffic routes.

I have to drive actively on guard - defensively.

This was also the case on parts of 101 around Morgan Hill. First time I drove over an unpainted bridge, BC swerved to the side. I was able to grab the wheel just in time before it hit the car next to me, but that incident nearly changed my white driver's seat to brown.

They seem to have fixed most of the bridges on 101 now. I don't understand how they get away with not painting the lines on stretches of the freeway. Some of those bridges are long enough that even normal drivers could lose their place.

Seems like it should be fairly simple for Ford to have users message Ford maps about these odd discrepancies, whether speed sign misreads, corners or exit ramp ones. Google does this. I had a false sign recognition yesterday in town, on a surface road it wanted to speed up to 70. grrr

….and the list grows, by which I mean the list of quirks and foibles the BC system has that means drivers will have to knowingly intervene under these ‘listed’ conditions. Someone on this forum should begin collecting them so that users have a resource to go to….maybe Ford itself? it would seem the right thing to do since some of these could be legitimate safety issues users should know about in advance.

Are you paying attention to the driving environment and ready to resume control of the vehicle?

Paying attention, that is why nothing happened. Still, it is quite a dangerous moment when BC yanks the car to the left for no reason. Actually, it is caused by the missing lines, but BC's reaction should not be to yank on the steering wheel. If it loses it it should disengage.

With the hands of the wheel, any reaction will be a few fractions of a second slower than with hands on the wheel, also when fully paying attention. IMHO this flaw is a little too dangerous to allow hands-free driving.
