Blue Cruise Warning

I picked up my car a week or so ago (love it!) and having been experimenting with Blue Cruise off and on as I drive around. Yesterday I was driving on the In testate with Blue Cruise on and to test the warnings I turned my head away with and without my glasses for 2-5 secs and did not receive any type of warning to keep my eyes on the road. Am I missing something? And yes Blue Cruise was activated and the Blue Cruise screen was displaying.

You use the term "BlueCruise". Were you in handsfree mode? Don't turn your head away. With another person paying attention, close your eyes.

Note - in hands on mode, it will also warn.

I had my hands off and turned away. (No cars around at the time)

Mine takes longer than 5 seconds to warn, pretty sure the newer software depending on what build you have changed this to be less annoying. I also don’t experience any of the other BC complaints

I believe 5 seconds is the limit. You may not have exceeded it.

Instead of turning away from road, put your hands at 12 o’clock position on steering wheel, this always gives me a warning

If you want to test it place your hand over the top of the steering wheel blocking the sensors. Or drive like an OG with your hand at 12 o'clock, or rest your head on your left first or do any other number of things that cause that annoying alert.

Ok. I understand. I am aware of how annoying it can be. Just want to check if it’s functioning.

Right hand at 11 o’clock. Allows me to let gravity pull the hand down to turn left. Or flex the elbow a little to turn right. Eye nanny says..
