BlueCruise "Activation Pending" for Two Weeks

On June 29th, I purchased BlueCruise with my Ford points. Since that date, it still states Activation pending.

I've tried completely resetting the infotainment in the car, removed the vehicle from the Ford app (twice), and no dice. Additionally, I tried purchasing Connected Navigation to see if I needed that. Found out I didn't, but that service worked almost right away regardless.

I have contacted Ford multiple times about the issue and still no update. I'm posting here to see if my fellow owners have any more insight into this than I do.

My version of SYNC is 26093_PRODUCT & my BlueCruise Map Version is MU5T-14H394-AAM if that info is prevalent.

Sync has not much to do with your subscription, sync will just check is it active. You can pull fusses Fuse 11 12 21 22 floorboard passenger side or disconnect the battery for 10 min.

Your case is very strange. I have seen it take a few weeks for the activation to kick off in the past, but usually it only takes a few days after removing it from the Ford app and re-adding it. Not sure what it going on in your case. I double-checked the config for BC on your car and everything is correct for it to work.

Devil's Advocate here. Perhaps inferred but not actually stated, may we assume you've actually driven on a Blue Cruise highway to test your BC?

His problem is an activation issue on the cloud side. He paid for it, but it won't turn on.

@Ford Motor Company Brian, maybe you can ruffle some feathers on your side?

The ability to subscribe to BC for a month requires immediate activation for most people. This isn't a good look.
