On June 29th, I purchased BlueCruise with my Ford points. Since that date, it still states Activation pending.
I've tried completely resetting the infotainment in the car, removed the vehicle from the Ford app (twice), and no dice. Additionally, I tried purchasing Connected Navigation to see if I needed that. Found out I didn't, but that service worked almost right away regardless.
I have contacted Ford multiple times about the issue and still no update. I'm posting here to see if my fellow owners have any more insight into this than I do.
My version of SYNC is 26093_PRODUCT & my BlueCruise Map Version is MU5T-14H394-AAM if that info is prevalent.
