Bluecruise Not Activated?

Hi all. I just got two new Premium MME’s and supposed to have Bluecruise. I was on the highway tonight and it didn’t give me the option. I checked and it looks like it’s not activated on both cars. (We only got the second week in December. This is something g the dealership should have done no? Anyone know what is involved is getting it activated on both cars? Thanks.

Yes, the dealership should have updated your gateway module which would have updated the maps. They should not have released the vehicles without doing that.
