it sounds like a spectacularly bad dealer. I'm lucky that mine is very good.

It certainly sounds like they're trying to push you into the lemon law lane, which is surprising. I wasn't aware buyback had a 30day requirement.

Search on this forum for the phone number for the Ford BEV team. They can open a case to help you.
Although I'm not sure of your issues? They mostly sound like nitpicks or phone/charger problems?
Is the car driveable?
I think Lemon Law is for when your vehicle is not driveable or other major mechanical issues.

You're lucky you have a loaner! The BEV team should be able to reimburse you your gas usage, so save your receipts!

Watch your dealer now hustle to get it all fixed and back to you on day 29

If your lemon law is 30 days, Ford will likely buy it back. If Texas is similar to Washington lemon law, Ford will have to buy it back anyway but with a lemon on the title if they lose the arbitration or don't fight it. The WA state website even says that it's generally better to settle with the manufacturer rather than "win" a lemon case. As @bshaw said, if the car is not driveable and in the shop for more than 30 days, it's a lemon.

I am going through a very similar situation (search my threads that document this). My first buyback request before 30 days was denied because it "Doesn't meet state requirements". I familiarized myself with the law, and then at day 35, I got the buyback approved. Now I'm waiting for the buyback team to review everything and receive the final terms. As a minimum, the terms should be whatever your state lemon law is. In my opinion, to actually keep a customer happy and in another Ford vehicle, the terms should be a little better than just state minimums.

EDIT:

I missed this part of your last post:

... The car is driveable, but noisy now.
This may not qualify as a lemon. Check the TX lemon law website to get an accurate description. Most states are 30+ days in the shop for a single issue or 3+ times for the same issue that hasn't been repaired, and the issue has to be safety or driveability related.
