Ya'll getting way to black and white on the terminology OP is using and just confusing/conflating the issue based on what they are asking.

OP is asking if Ford can turn on the same sort of lane keeping functionality that their Hyundai has in city drive and the answer is yes. Their lane functionality is like our lane keep which helps keep you in the lanes.

When you enable cruise, lane keep automatically comes on and if bluecruise is enabled, lane centering takes over and you're hands free but you don't have to be in cruise to enable the lane keep.

You can just hit the button on the steering wheel with the lanes icon and that will turn on lane keep the same way the Hyundai does.
Agree with you, I think the OP is referring to lane keeping and/or lane centering. There are MANY incorrect references to "Blue Cruise" in this thread.

sorry I thought my OP was clear that I was referring to Lane Centering. Not Lane keeping that ping pongs the car side to side. I find Lane Keeping not very useful.

In that case, no, as others mentioned, lane centering is a function of adaptive cruise control.

Your Ioniq 5 has that without using cruise? My Kia EV6 GT line did not center me in the lane. Lane Following Assist as they called it was tied to their adaptive cruise control as well and only worked with cruise enabled. Otherwise it's Lane Keep Assist which was like Ford's and only kicked in if you were departing the lane.

yes my I5 does lane centering separately. Interesting I though all eGMP cars had the same functions
