Cargo mat

Every time I put anything in the cargo space in the back, it slides around like crazy.
Has anyone found a good mat or solution to this?

Lay an old towel on the cargo floor. Place item(s) on said towel.

Optional:
Put car in Whisper mode.
Drive car like you bought it not like you stole it. ?

I use the Ford cargo mat and don't really have any issues with it.

I've got the AOSK one and nothing seems to slide around on that at all. Has a bit of a rubbery finish. Though it seems to work best with the trunk floor in the upper position. I've seen people comment that it doesn't fit as well when the floor is in the lower position.

We bought the cargo organizer with the cooler bag from Ford Accessories and it works great

I have a WeatherTech mat and another item that I really love.
I put my shopping bags in the container($40) and the heavier items on the mat.
No problems at all.

It looks like your cargo floor is in the lower position in this pic, is that correct? I have the Ford front & back floor mats, and would like to have the Ford cargo mat (I like the pony too), if it fits well with the cargo floor in the lower position.

The Ford mat fits best in the lower position.

yes, lower position. It fits well enough…

It came with my Mach off the lot.

I had absolutely no clue that there is an upper and lower position for the rear floor ? I had to go look immediately and it’s been in the upper the whole time. Good to know before I buy a mat! ?

Not only that -- and it is important to keep reminding people -- the upper position is supported only on two plastic widgets, so it is rather weak. Heavy loads need to be put on the cargo floor in the lower position.

I have the Ford cargo mat and use it on the lower position, it seems to work pretty well. I also keep one of the collapsible utility crates in the back to put smaller items I don't want getting squished by bigger items. Makes it easy to unload a grocery run. I got mine at Sam's Club pretty cheap, but can't find a direct link. It's like this one, but Sam's has a different brand. I think I saw them in store when I was there not too long ago.

I have ford rear cargo mat and bought the aosk mat that goes on the back of the seats. During riding season my bike actually stays in there all the time. I bought a cheap grey blanket and laid it on top of the mat and bike lays on that.
