So....
Was visiting a friend and he had a 110 plug (everyone does) but that did 1kw
The charger included with the Ford is a Nema 14-50 which he only had a Nema 14-30 so could not use the "delivered" ford charger.
So I was hoping to find a charger that had different "adaptors" for 110 (Nema 5-15), 240(I think Nema 6-20) (20amp) a Nema 14-30 and a Nema 14-50. Would love to have 1 "charger" I carry in the car that gives me the most versatility instead of needing to carry 2 or more chargers.
Has anyone built anything? like this? I have looked on Amazon and see a lot of variations but not one that does all 4..
I know this would require more "circuitry" etc.. If not maybe someone should invent one..
You just plug in the right cord in the top and it knows based on the cord the "max" it can carry. (Ford has 2 different cords you plug in the top)
