Again, folks have been so helpful on here. I wish my Dealership did 1/3rd the effort...

I was able to get into the Dealership on Saturday... it was ugly. They pushed back on doing the Blue Cruise updates saying that they are not going above and beyond what Ford will reimburse them for. Eventhough they claimed for almost two months that they had finished 21P22... I then sent againand showed them a screenshot of the Blue Cruise Campaign.. They backtracked saying "we will do it on Monday".. I informed them that it had better be completed in full vs the multi-week Lies like before. That all Half-Shaft work had better be completed and fully documented for Warranty information... I will fully test driving the Car before I sign off on the work. If all is done... I will never return to them and I will get another entity to handle the Glass-Pano Reseal work. I truly hate them... I rarely hate anyone or anything. So that says a lot... Thanks again. I may have to just purchase the software and start learning how to do it all myself.

At the “CheaterShip” now… the vehicle hasn’t moved since the 18th… they claimed on Saturday that it would take 8hrs to do the BlueCruise update… so they would start it first thing Monday morning and turn it over today.

The OBCC module should have been updated during step 19. It's part of the 21P22 updates.

19. Mach-E vehicles ONLY. Not required for F-150.
• Does FSA 21P22 need to be performed?
Yes - Perform FSA 21P22 then proceed to step 20.
No - Proceed to step 20.

I don't think it's required for the BlueCruise, but it is part of the charging curve update.

The APIM (Sync Module) is the one that makes me think they aren't done yet. Completing the APIM may trigger another GWM (Gateway Module) update as well. Depending on where you started, there may have been 3 APIM updates that needed doing, and each one can trigger other updates that need doing.

So, the wife accompanied me to the "CheaterShip" last night.. nothing had been done. car still sitting in the same spot it was last week.

I had to buffer her words and actions while there.

They claimed they would have it done today, no matter what else comes into the "CheaterShip"...

So, can anyone run mine again? I know I keep asking... I wish I could repay the effort.. maybe I will purchase the license and Dongle to pay it forward... whenever we get our car back...

IPMA (Image Processing Module A)
PSCM (Power Steering Control Module)
CMR (Drive Status Monitor Camera Module)
CCM (Cruise Control Module)
IPC (Instrument Panel Cluster)

They still have a little ways to go as some of these haven't reported back to FDRS as successful yet. In addition, once some of them complete it will probably trigger another round of APIM and GWM updates.

Thank you. Most likely they won’t do any outside of the BlueCruise campaign… I’ll be completely shocked if they do more
