Complimentary Pickup and Delivery

Got a nice email from Ford on June 7th saying as a Ford Pass Member I get free pickup and delivery for service. She's got to go in for a tire rotation and whatever software updates are needed. I needed to change the date cause I couldn't make the original appointment and asked if I could just use this instead. Was told that service was just something they had last year, only during COVID, blah, blah, blah. So, no, not available... Unclear why Ford communicates this as something they offer if their dealers are not on board. Has anyone actually received pickup and delivery for service?

When I look in Fordpass Rewards, one complementary pickup and delivery shows up under offers and promotions with an expiration date of 12/31/2022.
