DC Fast Charging Update

I tried installing update manually 3 times on Thursday and the system attempted to install 1am Thursday morning. All attempts were unsuccessful. When I called FordPass support they told me to update time to 2am, turn off auto headlights and turn on parking brake. The system did not attempt the auto update on Friday morning and this morning so I followed the FordPass rep's instructions and turned off the auto headlights and turned on the parking brake and of course, the update did not work. Any suggestions?

Check the state of your low voltage battery - it needs to be at least at 80%.

Charging the MME to 80% worked. It updated the software.

Curious, did you charge the large battery to 80%? Or the 12v battery to 80%

Fortunately charging the large battery to 80% worked as well as removing the update schedule, turning off the auto headlights and setting the parking brake.

i already tried goat, i called OTA dept they said need to be an albino emu, unmarked at birth, between the age of 2-3 years, and i need to set the parking brake on before locking the door.

I'm surprised it worked because the instructions from FordPass forgot to include a ceremonial rain dance around the nearest charging port.
