Yep, It was expensive. I should have shopped around a different dealers for the best deal, but I needed the car fast for work. Plus I think half the cost was diagnostic. It was out of warranty, so those aren't free.

I could have bought the battery for $180 and replaced it myself. Im not afraid to take the car apart. I was more concerned it was a bigger issue than the battery. Or I could have told them no diagnostic, just replace battery. But like I said, I was afraid it was a bigger problem like some battery module or something from the recall.
That's more understandable. I still think the service manager should have taken you out to dinner before giving you the bill. :D

I dont see info on the LVB when I sign into my Ford account. Shows high voltage, tire pressure and odometer, but no low voltage battery status. What am I not clicking?

Youch, my dealership sent out a mobile service van and replaced my 12v battery in my parking garage for $230 all-in.

wow. I think they finally fixed it. I'm showing my HVB level as well where I used to see the LVB. At least I hope it's my HVB at 63% and not my brand new LVB that low.

Same here. Showing HVB %.
There is a battery voltage value that comes across (visible in developer tools, under a status file)
vehiclestatus.battery.batteryStatusActual "value": "14.625", but it seems to be a little high. Will monitor to see if it changes.
