Dealership found options but not order date?

My Mach E came in today! However, my dealership was not informed about Ford Options and kept thinking that I wanted a lease. We worked through it together (they really are trying, so I don't think it is salesmen gimmicks) and found how to find the Ford Options area in Smart Vincent. Now, though, they are saying that they don't see how to choose between order date and purchase date. Can anyone help me explain it to them?

In smart Vincent there is an option to select either protection date or purchase date

No problem! I got it from one of the price protection threads and even had to use it when I picked my car up Sunday.

I knew I had seen it before but couldn't find it using the search option. I intentionally titled my post so hopefully others will be able to find it easier in the future! ?
