'25's have more standard equipment whereas things are more add on options on the '26, such as the frunk already pointed out. If they are trying to move the '25's then you might get a better deal on it. That's why I upgraded my '21 to a '25 GT earlier this year.

Did they actually remove the front facing camera block on the steering wheel? (or did my neighbor believe the sales guy when he said it's got BC HF and that they moved the camera into the IPC. I looked at activating his BC sub and had no option in the car app or web. He picked up a 26 premium. I'm wondering if the new BC equipment package is really not installed instead of just disabled)

Basically just a price increase for 2026 due to deleted previously standard features and having to add them back with options. (Eg Frunk, technology package, and MagneRide suspension for GT)

2026 also deleted bronze package and added California special package.
Deleted molten magenta paint and added Adriatic blue paint.

Slightly updated software with standard preconditioning with Apple Maps, but that should be coming as an update to older cars…..eventually…..

Otherwise no hardware differences.

Sounds like he did not get the technology package. His car is not capable of Blue Cruise and never will be. He’s also missing 360 cameras.

Yea - the color, but with no hardware differences that looks to be a $9-12K desire.

Very curious on this as well. I just pulled up window stickers on '26 Select, Premium and GT's and they all say
UP TO 150KW DC CHRG CAPABL

That’s an impossible configuration.

For 2026 Blue Cruise is tied with the technology package which includes the 360 cameras. He cannot have 360 cameras without Blue Cruise. He probably just has a reverse camera.

There is also no such thing as Blue Cruise hands on. Blue Cruise by definition is hands free. Blue Cruise needs to have the IR eye tracking camera pod above the steering column. They did not move it to the drivers display.

The “hands on” system is just regular adaptive cruise and lane centering, which Ford calls Co-Pilot360 Assist.
