A friend the other day asked if there was a trick to opening the door from the inside, I said yes, pull the lever, the door opens, its like a magic show

Since the interior door release lever no longer activates the presenter, it won’t wear the presenter every time the door is opened from the inside. ??

Now I just need to scrape the kibble together in order to get a Mongoose Plus. ??
I've got a used one I'm selling ?

I do wish the mach had the presenter button on the inside like the Lincoln aviator and the model 3.
The lever’s still electronically release the door, only fully pulling it is the backup

Update: It appears these door module updates have been recalled and reverted to the previous revision. This is most likely to address the repeated false car alarm triggers some users experienced (sometimes every day) after the updates. There is a "downgrade" available now in FDRS.

It is still unknown why only some vehicles experience the alarm issue, mine has been totally fine with the updates the past few months, no alarms.

As you know, this has been a problem for me, so I did the updates today. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it solves the issue. My neighbors may forgive me in time.

Kevin, any update here? Did the reversion stop the alarms?

A dealer updated my door control modules on 11/3... Just got my car back though it's still an open repair (they want to replace the APIM but can't figure out when they'll receive the part).

I now observe that the little red LED above the keypad doesn't light up when I push any buttons. Is this a known issue in the recent update, and fixed in this newest/"prior" update?

I was able to unlock the car (and even electronically open the frunk for the first time ever, since they also flashed the GFM!), but there just isn't any touch feedback anymore.

Also the door buttons are still unreliable, like before.

I haven’t taken the time to do this latest update as I’ve not encountered the alarm bug described. I have the same door module update you have and just used my keypad earlier this week and there was definitely still feedback!

Hmm... Interesting, thanks! I wonder how they could possibly have broken mine. ?

I did the door module updates when they first came out and my red LED still blinks when buttons are pressed. I have not downgraded. If they did your updates on 11/3 before the reversion you should have the same version as me.
