It *could* be the issue that was discussed in the CSP 24P16 RCCM reset bulletin, but that was only 23.5 models. But that requires them to test the 12V battery and replace it if necessary and then run a self-test using FDRS. That's all.
Mine is a 23.5. Currently in for 1) 12v drain + charge now mesaages and for 2) state inspection which has to be annually renewed. Dealer has another car in with same issue, they also say they’re in discussion w/ Ford (field?) engineers re: the issue. Time will tell.

Can I ask where you got yours and where you get it serviced? My 2023 GT is a few months older than yours (based on registration). I bought it at Jerry's and immediately regretted them as a dealer.

.
Of course ...

short answer, bought it March 21, 2024 at Ourisman - Manassas, it's at Ted Britt Fairfax for service.

long answer ( ). I shopped several dealers. My heart was set on Star White with light gray interior, Jerry's Leesburg didn't have that combo although they had another color I shopped. Their price was competitive with Ourisman as I recall but I couldn't quite get my mind around the color. Also shopped the dealer in Warrenton but they would had to have a car driven down from Rockville or someplace up there. That didn't appeal to me. Ted Britt Chantilly pricing just didn't make sense. It kept going up instead of down. That dog, unlike Grady the poodle, a notorious (in a good way!) and great presence on the Forum, would not hunt for me. So, I made the deal with Ourisman. The salesman was great. My car is a 23.5 built second week of July, I forget the exact date. It arrived at Ourisman about a month later, where it sat, and sat, and sat some more. Hence the August inspection sticker. They did, however, install on their own initiative a new 12v battery a week or so before I bought the car. I suspect when I started shopping them, they decided to see if either of the two Star White/gray Mach e's they had would power up ... probably no joy, I'm guessing, so they put a new battery in which was good. Althought

As to service, at some point in the discussions the salesman mentioned the GM was duking it out with Ford over never wanting an EV to cast its shadow on his lot ever again. After the purchase I emailed the service manager asking how many EV certified techs he had. Never got an answer. To me, that was the answer. GM didn't want EVs, service manager didn't respond. Case closed.

I also asked the same question of Ted Britt Chantilly and the service manager responded they had three EV certified techs. They're about 3 miles from where I live in Centreville. I was willing to overlook their stupid sales side pricing.

Then I happened to have a conversation with a service writer at Ted Britt Fairfax. It is about six miles away. He told me they had quite a few EV certified techs, don't recall the number, including a hire from Tesla service. He also said that when there are difficult EV cases in our area Ford funnels them to Ted Britt Fairfax.

I did not attempt to check on Jerry' service. Leesburg as a town is great, but it's too far to go for service given my other options.

So, for what it is worth Mark, that is how I wound up at Ted Britt Fairfax for service.

Feel free to message me on the 'private' messages if you have other questions. That said, there are tremendous people on the Forum who know infinitely more than I do about these cars. They've forgotten more about the cars than I will ever know.

I wish - would then likely have a much higher production standards (like Tesla, Volvo ec out of Shanghai). No, made in Mexico, just like the rest …
Well over here the MME is said to have higher production standards and fit and finish than the Teslas do. At least that's what our members have said...the ones that either own both now or are former owners. I wouldn't know though as I've never actually looked at a Tesla up close, and don't personally know anybody who has one that I can talk to about it.

Is highly variable based on my experience:
sw bugs are a real prob in the mach-e, some of the rubber trim is dubious as well, but yes I agree that in general the fit and finish is very nice as is the driving dynamics.
We have Teslas and Volvos in the family and circle of friends. Volvo finish is simply superb but the overall build fees a little dated (based on ICE platform); the Polestar is a whole other kettle of fish.
Tesla build quality has increased exponentially over time but I simply don’t like them much. The standout difference is the sw. Decades ahead of any EV I’ve been in & outsells the MME in this country by around 40-1. Ditto many other Chinese brands for that matter & where in general, the sw is far more advanced, eg: BYD, Zeekr, XPeng, & also the Koreans with Kia & Hyundai.
Now if Ford could get that one together, we’d be in business.

It was mentioned here that 2023.5 models may have the problem. How can I check if my car is a 2023.5 or not?
My car was made in May 2023.
What are the differences between the 2023 and 2023.5?
Couldn't find it, and don't want to create a new topic.
Can anyone help figure this out?

May 2023 is not 2023.5 (aka Job 2.) May builds are job 1.

How can I check the difference between the builds? By vin? By the presence of any elements or features? By window sticker?

I found this on reddit.
Job 1 has 3 years of blurcruise, a weaker heater, and 110kw per charge
2023.5 has 3 months blue cruise, improved heater, and 150kW charging rate.
Is this correct?

I have a 3 month blue cruise subscription and 150kW charge rate.

It's based on the date; if yours was built in May it's a Job 1. The charge rate differs based on the battery capacity, at least for the non-LFP batteries. If you have an extended range battery, it should charge at the 150kW rate regardless of which job it is.

Doesn't seem you are right.

I have some window stickers I took a picture of when I bought car. And there are 70 and 72 kW batteries.
The 70 has 115kW charging rate, the 72kW battery has 150kW.

If your car was built in May, it's a job 1. Regardless of whatever is on your window sticker.

That's very strange. Then what is the difference between job1 and 2023.5, other than the date?
By all indications I could find online I have 2023.5, but the date is May 2023.
