Adding on to the https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/installed-hidden-hitch-by-stealthhitches.5391/#post-211400 thread, I wanted to post my pictures and notes as I just installed this yesterday (https://torkliftcentral.com/2021-ford-mustang-mach-e-trailer-hitch) on my 2022.
Note: I may be updating this post multiple times as I don't have time to do a complete job the first time.
Here is the cover removed before any cutting.

Here is a picture of the space over the cover. One thing I noticed is that my car didn't have the bracket that Step 1 of the hitch instructions said to remove. I assume this bracket/part was for the automatic lift gate foot sensor, but since they took those out of 2022's, that explains why that piece is absent. So Step 1 was skipped as not applicable.

Picture of the mounting points with two of the bolts threaded through, waiting for the hitch.

This is from the ground looking up, I measured and marked up my cuts with tape.

I think an important step is to drill holes where at the end of the cut. This allows you to better fold this piece back. I chose to fold it back rather than completely cutting the rectangle out. 1) Cutting that 90 degree angle would suck and I would mess it up and 2) if i ever need to remove the hitch, there might be some method of folding it back and repairing the cut.

Here is the cover after its cut. I also just folded it back, not completely removing it.

Here is the bumper cut . I initially started with tin snips but then switched to a jigsaw which was easy enough.

Having a jack like was quite handy. Here the hitch is getting put into position.

Unfocused close up of bolts through the hitch holes.

This is the bracket you also attach to the car.

Not related to the hitch install, I just liked this little easter egg.
All in all it took us 2 hours. Could have been faster with experience. Would have twice as long if I were doing it by myself as my buddy had all the useful tools.
