Lose the grille or wrap it clear / white that's glow in the dark. The trim makes it stand out enough.

This is coming from someone who's designed some LED products for a large company (Tri-Chip 5050 LED SMD strips 15+ years ago) and made some bold statements on a 05' CTS, but the grille is one toke over the line IMO.

This thing gathers crowds already, and the trim makes it stand out as electric if not clear.

very weird, to say the least. I guess I could have gotten on board with the neon trim around the wheels and bottom but doing the roof rails with it now makes it seem like its some sort of emergency vehicle. put a Red Cross on the hood and you can start speeding and crossing police lines at will.

It was white vinyl that had the color printed on it.

It's been a long time since I worked on reflective tapes, but they used to be made with glass beads that were applied over a colored vinyl with a sealant layer on top. The beads do all the reflecting, so you can even make a reflective black tape. It would be pretty cool to have the Mustang on the grill precut out of reflective black vinyl.

Oh my god yes!!. Imagine the electric circuitry wiring on a BLACK MME using black reflective wrap along the bottom side edge of the car and the grille area. Silent black... corporate in the daytime then fun exciting and electric at night. WHOA that would be AMAZING.

Wondering how long the vinyl will stay adhered to the plastic trim. I guess as long as it’s clear coated it’s the same as any other body panel.

Annual inspection replacement/fix under warranty for 3yrs. I have the PPF on the front half.
