For three weeks I have been trying to get EA to resolve my problem. No luck. Using their app, when I plug in then swipe I get the following message: "Charge Error. We are unable to start your charge. Please check that you are at the correct charger and your vehicle is plugged in." If I use the FordPass app, no problem. It wouldn't matter except that I want the Pass+ discount, and to have more than one way to start a charge in case things go haywire, which they certainly have a tendency to do! Anyone else run into this one?
