Any 2021 Job 2 vehicles out there receive a sync update yet to get this feature? We are planning our next road trip and went today to check if we can use the feature yet but it appears our Mach-E built in August 2021 doesn’t have the Sync version to support yet ?

Boo, okay fingers crossed we get an OTA soon. Not trying to complain as the Job 1 folks had a lot longer to wait for BlueCruise. And we at least have the Ford connected nav.
But pleaaasssseeee with a cherry on top @Ford Motor Company can we have an update for Job 2 vehicles soon ??

I have iOS 15.5 and the Sync updates painfully done up through and including Blue Cruise, When EV Routing via CarPlay first became available, I got the pop up message which I had no time to do at the time. Now, I want to set it up but can not get this to work. Any suggestions? Do I need to reset something on the Mach-e or phone?

Give this a try: Open Apple Maps, tap your profile pic to the right of the search box, and make sure "Mustang Mach-E" shows in Vehicles. Mine was missing there but once I added it back in the EV routing options appeared again.

I made a video showing how it works and an short video showing how to set it up. I found that I needed to have CarPlay running before I could see the "Vehicles" option.

Thank you! Between your advice and @Mach-E VLOG video, I should get it setup tomorrow. No where does Ford mention that little bit about the Profile pic. Never knew it had a sub-menu behind it.

lmk if you are still stuck after you check that out. I think this is more of an issue on the Apple Maps UI side than Ford's, but between the two - it should def be more intuitive. The good news is that once it is all set up, it does work great!

I think the issue is the iPhone only asks you once. I must have been in a hurry and declined. At that point it needs to be added behind the profile icon we never new that was.

That's exactly what happened to me - it asked me as I was pulling out of the dealership (what a great day), first time driving my car, I said [whatever the option was to] set up later, then couldn't find it again.
