I hear your frustrations. My first two years have been pretty rough with the 23. Several things broke during the first 2 years and the car spent a few weeks in the shop.
I'm finally at a point where the issues died down and I can just drive it. I continue to deal with random SW bugs (drive mode switches), HF BC randomly refuses to kick in until I turn off/turn on the car, sometimes the car uses one set of chimes and sometimes the other set, etc. but I've resigned myself to just accept them. I hope I don't get any more OTAs that will introduce more bugs. I'm dreading the moment when my HVJB dies (probably at the most inconvenient time).
At the same time, I love the performance and how spacious it is (I can fit a carry on bag in the frunk!). I love the look of the MME, compared to the dopey Rivian's front due to the oval headlights, and the bleh look of Teslas. Most likely when my MME dies I won't get another Ford, but time will tell what the market will look like.
