Ben, what's the folder you copy over to the USB to speed up the process?
Last time most of the files were located at

C:\ProgramData\Ford Motor Company\FDRS\fdrs\data\vehicle_software\APPLICATION

Those are the big ones that take forever. Just look for the modified date that matches that day so you're not copying old files.

Thanks, Ben. Doing this now and way quicker! FDRS still says 200MB/6GB, yet it’s almost done copying them manually.

Once it gets done with that ONE file, it will move on to the next, and see its already there and skip. So it will verify all the expected files are there, but won't overwrite them.

I also added the .vbf file extension after they copied over. I don't know if thats needed or not, but I did.

I'm pretty sure the vbf is needed. I added it as well.

Keep in mind if you miss a file it will start copying it from FDRS. You can just stop it then copy the file manually that it listed then try it again. Once you get the confirmation to plug into the car you know all of the files are correct and the certificate was put on the drive.

.VBF is definitely needed. Without it, it was doing the same file I had already copied over but did not have .VBF yet.
