I don't use the built-in radio app as I prefer my Apple Music and Audible apps vis CarPlay, but are you listening to the satellite radio? I've had that in a few cars and it always takes a few seconds to switch stations...
I am referring to regular FM radio. I also use YouTube Music via Android Auto for most things but still listen to a couple of FM stations as well. OP mentioned that it might be that I'm experiencing the sluggishness of switching from Android Auto back to Ford's system. That might be where the issue is since I'm 99.99% in AA, but it still needs to be snappier.

My experience is that if I have only been using CarPlay/AA for listening to music in the car, when I switch to Sirius XM or FM/AM radio, the infotainment system takes a while to boot up those respective radio receivers (really, applications). Subsequent switching between radio and CP/AA then becomes instantaneous.

Switching stations, or switching inputs?

Switching stations in satellite radio was what has always seemed slow to me.
I think that's an issue with satellite radio in general, and not specific to the Mach-E. I seem to recall similar delays when using the satellite radio in other vehicles I have owned. Some of it may have to do with the fact that some satellite radios in cars have the ability to buffer and/or rewind channels, including ones that you haven't been listening to. Up to an hour's worth. So when you switch, it takes time for the radio to do the necessary buffering.

I noticed on the 25 models that ford finally used a longer rear wiper blade from the factory. About time lol

My 2023 extended battery awd is rated at 4.2 seconds. I'm surprised that a 2022 takes longer.... Sounds to me that the 2025 [for same exact model] didn't change at least since the 2023. I do wish I had a softer ride, it's really my only complaint.
The 2021-2023 ext battery AWD were all rated at 4.8 0-60.

It wasn’t until 2024 that that model got 500 tq and the faster 0-60 time.

2023 specs-
https://www.fordoflafayette.com/2023-mustang-mach-e-specs/#:~:text=2023 Mustang Mach-E Specs: Premium Trim,torque with extended-range battery

2024 specs-

And then as has been posted, 2025 got an extra 5 hp bump to 370 hp vs 365 for 2024 and 346 for 2021-2023.

Disappointing report about the ride quality. What I want is a car that is as fun to drive as my Mach-E but has the quiet cabin and plush ride of my EV9.
We picked up a 25 Premium LR RWD yesterday and the ride quality is definitely improved vs the 24's we drove a couple weeks ago.

The cabin noise is indeed terrible on anything but smooth pavement. The bridgestone tires seem like a poor choice.

I wonder why they’d change the tires. The Michelins were really good on my old ‘22 premium.

Isn’t Michelin a French brand? Perhaps tariffs?

When I drove 200 miles to get my Rally and 205 miles back, I had about 15 miles more range left when I got home. The rated range is lower on the Rally then the 21 GT, and I drove slightly further, but better mileage. The temps were warmer later in the day, so maybe that made the difference, not sure. The GT has the same CC2s but 245s instead of 235s.

Also quite possibly there is an overall elevation difference with your original starting point being a bit lower than your original destination. Any or all of these plus other factors influence your average efficiency. ??

I also hit more traffic in Tacoma in the afternoon, so there's that. Time and weather will tell the more accurate story. I'm not driving it much more until I get the PPF on, I will be driving the (wife's) Bolt and F-150 until then.

Doesn’t the shape of the chicken entrails also factor into it? ?
