Well I was going from this is the first cold night since I got it, those errors seemed really weird which is what seems to happen with LVB SoC. Hasn’t done it since, so that’s good whatever it is!
It's still anecdotal. I've experienced the same symptoms you described, except I'm in the Phoenix area, my car was built in 12/2020 - 1/2021, and it was mid-summer when it happened.

But yeah I don't think it's done "it" since for me either, though since I don't know exactly what happened, I'm not sure about saying that, especially since I still sense the ghosts are present. ;)

On a side note, are you watching the Buc’s game? Not looking good but at least the sun is out over there!

Thanks, which brand do you recommend? Also what’s the low threshold of SoC of where it should be?
I have an old OBDII reader I purchased several years ago, so I would go with what others recommend. But the one I purchased was fairly cheap and had good reviews on Amazon. You can probably do the same thing I did - find a reader that has good reviews and is inexpensive. The OBDLink MX mentioned by JC is supposed to be an excellent reader from what I have read.

Car Scanner is an great app. I was using Torque but Car Scanner has prebuilt dashboards for the MME (probably most EVs) so you don't have to build any yourself. Just flip through the dashboards until you find the data you are interested in monitoring. It also saves the data to your phone so you can graph values over time. I am so glad I saw someone else's post about it because I would still be trying to find what I need in Torque.

This is typical of what I see after shutting the car down. While running its usually around 14.4 when the LVB is being charged.

12.6 is no problem at all....

design is for HV to kick in and bump it if it drops to 11.9 while sleeping automatically, so don't 'sweat' it. ;)

anytime your MME is 'on', the acc system will be at 14.4-14.9 charging that baby up... and then checking that baby even when in deep sleep. problems seem to be happening when it is REALLY cold and HV state of charge is <30%.

Yeah, I haven’t run into the LVB issues yet but I think today was the first time it has been cold enough here to experience some range degradation! Lol

People take off their jackets when it gets that warm around here.
I had to work an RV show all day today outside in the 40s and low 50s. I was miserable with a jacket and heavy coat, my toes are still cold and I started to wonder if you can freeze to death in above freezing temperatures.? I lived in Chicago for 15 years so I’ve done the cold. I’ve adjusted to FL and don’t like this cold!

I wanted to give you a better response just in case you have not already ordered a OBDII scanner. The one I was using is from BAFX Products, picture inserted below. I also recently purchased a VeePeak BLE scanner for connecting to ABRP, and I just tested it and it works great with Car Scanner. So if you have not already ordered one, I recommend the VeePeak.

Here is the link to purchase the VeePeak:

To answer your second question, I would read through this post (https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/how-to-recondition-service-your-12v-battery.11069/).

The answer is not clear, but if you have a SOC below 50%, that is pretty low. I think you will get errors below 40% (maybe) or 30% (almost certainly).

I have the OBDLink MX and works well with the Mach-E and has no battery drain leaving on all the time. It's also supposed to work with Ford Scan (although I have not tried it yet)
My OBDLink MX+ stopped working with FORscan (Lite and Viewer) after the iOS 15.2.1 update. iPhone 13 Pro - might be related to this phone model as it would not be the only BT issue. OBDLink software still works fine.

Just talked to one of my daughters who lives in New Hampshire and she doesn’t feel the least bit sorry for us! Lol

UPDATE: After getting an OBD2 reader (Veepeak OBDCheck BLE as recommended by @mkhuffman) I'm guessing this issue was probably not the LVB like I thought. LVB SOC is 92%, so it seems to be holding a charge well and is also charging just fine as indicated by the voltage. As this issue hasn't returned, gonna say it's a fluke or some sort of temporary issue as @macchiaz-o probably guessed.

I did have a lot of archived (Inactive) DTCs but I guess that's probably normal? This car has never had DTCs cleared through OBD reader. Only active DTC was a GWM saying test failed, but everything seemed to work fine. Export attached.

Yeah I'm not sure, but I have the impression that most of our Mach-Es show a lot of DTCs.
