Hello i recently bought mach e extended version select trim. It was 2022 with 74 km so it is basicly new car and i want to have new UI of sync and everything up to date.

Currently i recieved 23-PU0205-PR-FX update but from this i dont have anything new. Is that okay ? are there no other update for this version/region/something ?

Can i somehow force to update ? Can local dealer update synch to newest version ?

Thanks

There is no way to force the OTA updates, they are deployed by Ford in batches for a group of VINs. The dealer can do the updates via FDRS but it's not like an OTA update and he could charge a price for that.
Your car is quite behind, you should receive some 3.x series updates, then 4.2.1.2 and 4.2.2.1 that will bring you the new SYNC UI. Then further OTAs till 6.5.0 that is the latest at he moment. Just be patient, it may take several weeks. Drive regularly as the updates are downloaded mainly when the car is moving.

The dealer can if you get your wallet out. The dealer won’t do it for free.
