Ford (and Brian) want your feedback on the Mustang Mach-E forum experience

Hi Mustang Mach-E owners,

First, I want to thank everyone for making me feel welcomed as I do my best to contribute and provide support on behalf of Ford in this forum. Earlier this year we launched a survey to hear more about what you want to see from Ford. Today I'm sharing a follow up survey to see how we have been doing, and where we can continue to improve.

While I haven’t managed to action all the feedback provided, please do know that the data helps me ask the right people the right questions, and helps to guide product teams on improving your ownership experience.

I just filed the first Questionnaire! Done this one as well. @Brian. Please forgive my emotional outbreak this morning. I just think that most people come to this forum to get help after they most likely spoke to their dealer. Ford needs to train their dealerships better and more intensive about their BEVs. It’s not efficient that the dealer needs to ask for every tiny information at Ford. Remember experience with ice exist for over 120 years and for bevs only maybe 12years. All oems need to educate there customer fronender much better. This will give customer satisfaction and make them stay with Ford. Just my 2cents.

Done, and I would just like to say, Ford has won me over/back from the "Euro" cars I have been purchasing for the last few decades. The Mach-E is the most fun I have had since my Lotus Esprit Turbo! I am thinking of adding a ICE Dark Horse to the stable as a result!

We talked to the folks in cologne about a possibility to have ford.de participating mach e forum.de. They agreed that they are lacking of participating in forum work. I do not know if they are really plan to consider that. It would be a good thing. We visited the Cologne plant 2 weeks ago and used the opportunity during an FAQ session with Ford. Very interesting to see the explorer EV and Capri assemble line.
The Explorer ev is on rank 9 in vehicle registrations. Which is dominated by VW and co-brands.

Done (belatedly) and thanks to both Brian and the Ford Motor Company for their presence and engagement. For me, it actually adds a lot of value to my ownership experience (almost as much as a nice, roomy frunk! )

I also appreciate the lack of “corporate speak” in the engagement. So many places would just have a corporate shill that would periodically emit carefully crafted blurbs that are devoid of value.

Done. I said this in the questionnaire (so you can figure out my response) but I think you, Brian, do a great job, but that the "role" that the questionnaire tends to refer to as "Brian" is hampered by what Ford will allow you to talk about. A normal problem, I know.
