Ford App update makes charging less convenient

Previously, you could go into the application and immediately see how charged your vehicle was right from the Home Screen. For some reason, they’ve redesigned it so that you your but not how charged it is. I have to go into energy to actually see how much it’s charged to stop charging so that I can unplug it. I’m sure somebody thought they were improving things, but it isn’t.

It’s a crappy app, but really it’s only
1 extra click.
Also you don’t need to stop charging to unplug it … unless it’s a DC fast charger and you can just use the button next to the where you plug in.

They removed the target charge from the home screen. Dumb decision. Why do they have to keep changing things for no good reason?

It's there on the iOS version, too. Maybe the OP didn't look under the car?

I set my charge level to 90%. Plug it in and forget about it.

I set mine to 90 also and never change it.
It looks like the op has the font so big that scrolling is necessary to see much of the app.

Mine does this as well. I am running in zoom mode. I just assumed they didn’t test the graphics with all of these modes.

Mine shows all the info on intro screen iPhone 15. No problem.

Yeah the charge level is displayed below the picture of the car, not at the top. It's still there.

Tried to get used to it but this version of the app is less user friendly than the last one. Ford please hire a UI or UX software person. I think your company is big enough to do that.

I saw that, but it looks to me like it will change my target charge for all future charges until I change it back again. The app used to give a one time only option. Am I missing something here?
