True. A majority of those German engineers who had a hand in the atom bomb had to flee Germany prior to the war. Two of the principals of North American Aviation (Dutch Kindleberger and Edgar Schmued) were also refugees from the Nazis. Their brain child made possible fighter escort for the heavies from England all the way to Berlin and back.<SNIP>
Without german engineering you would have never reached the moon nor would have completed the A-Bomb and so much more.
