First of all, I would love to know what Cisco problems you're facing in DMs. I've found that Cisco has one of the best TAC teams in the world and my career with security appliances has been primarily Cisco.

As for Ford there are a few members here that work for Ford and a couple who are developers. They are probably the only ones who can answer that question.

Anyone else not able to set departure times or start vehicle remotely?

I do not use those features.... but I had to re-start my phone, and re-start FordPass App to get it to 'update' and show my charge this morning.

Living in DevOps with a continuous deployment happy team means constantly swapping out the load balancer targets, with sometimes even doing mid-day production work. No one notices a thing.

We have so many companies that have full DR-sites, and methods of restoration in minutes, not hours, so I can only imagine something went to shit completely, or it's amateur hour.

Guess I just want the FordPass app to have better time-to-restore than a cPanel host from the early 2000's.

I can tell you this.... If we had a customer-critical outage that lasted 20+ hours like this one, I would be explaining that shit to VP-level people, writing RCA documents, etc etc. Who knows what is going on with FordPass support.

Yeah, I mean, we're on the MME forums, but this affect a lot more vehicles than the MME.
