I got it this evening
Yes, 4.2.3 was just enabled for early access 2022's starting Thursday afternoon, a few days behind 2021s.

I don't need any more answers, thanks.

Uh... a person from anywhere can be an American. Eesh, that took an unnecessary turn.
Forget it - it was a joke equating any MY Job 1 to the ā€œrealā€ job 1s ???

@MacherAWD do you have a 2023? Not sure but I don't think 2021s and 2022s have gotten any of the 4.2.x series since it's a rehash of the 4.1.x series. ?ā€ā™‚?
I have a 2021 Premium AWD and have received both 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 in the last week or so.

Looking for advice - my car still only has 3.6.something.

I'm at my wits end. Do I call my dealership or contact Ford directly? If I contact Ford, what is the number, email, or link.

Also, will i remain this unlucky forever? Am i just blacklisted for talking too much sh!t about this buggy car online? Or will after i get the latest software I will then begin to get the updates when everyone else does?

Hang in there. My car sat on 3.6 2 for a very long time before I got 4.2.1. It may be coincidence, but driving the car seems to trigger some updates. That said, on March 22 I recieved 4.2.4 while it sat in my garage, presumably connected to WiFi.

I hope the guest profile change and the headlamp switch defaulting away from automatic are finally fixed.
I received 4.2.2 on March 16, and since then, no profile bug. It was occurring every day, more the 50% of the time I got in the car. So it looks like my profile bug is gone. But results may vary, as some people may have a different profile bug.

The software update needed for the headlight switch bug is inside the switch assembly. The only fix is the replace the headlight switch assembly. Ford is scheduled to provide that fix in November of 2022, so just be patient. ?

It's not a coincidence... Driving causes the vehicle to top up the charge on the 12v battery, and there's a charge level condition that must be met in order for updates to be applied. If you have a regular commuting schedule, schedule your daily check for updates to be a short time *after* you normally park it for for while.

Lol what?!? You’ve been told to go to a dealer a billion times with all the ā€œbugsā€ you keep saying you have like having to restart your Sync 500 times in one drive. You’d just rather complain than actually try and get your car fixed and think even hardware fixes should be sent OTA and you should magically never need to go to a service department again

You are so butt hurt and personally offended that my car has bugs; you'd think you made it.

You do know you don't get Ford points for defending their honor on forums right?

Lol you just constantly post your problems and take none of the advice offered. You feel Ford should just teleport to your house anytime you experience a bug. You’ve been told there are fixes for what you experience and you need to go to the dealer and you constantly complain about how you shouldn’t have to do that. So it’s hilarious you are now asking what to do like you’ve had no idea.

I was thinking I would get 4.2.3 the same week (last week)I got 4.2.2 but no dice, did they slow rollout to '21s?
