FordPass 4.37.0 Bug (?)

I couldn't search for any post talking about the release for FP 4.37 on Android. Did it not roll out for everyone?

For anyone who got it, are they able to see the charging status (blue banner at the bottom of the app when the Mach-E is currently charging) anymore? Even the charge settings tab has disappeared.

Same… although this morning I had to close it reopen it because I had a orange shield on status now that’s working.

Did you possibly turn off any data sharing permissions recently? I think that was my issue - got the update around the same time I tried turning off 'Share Driving Data' (I think) but that apparently caused my live charging info to disappear too. Flipped the switch back to on, and charging info showed right back up.

I made the same exact unintended consequence settings change.

Except it (me) made a mess before I snapped.

I have that toggled off right now, and haven't changed it recently. There's a chance it toggled on its own, so I can flip it on and see if it helps.

Neither of the above solutions worked for me. I guess I'll just wait for another FP update, and pray.

For me, the telematics in the car stopped sharing data. The rest of the app worked without issue. I was on the phone with Ford and tried all the reset options because the connected features on the car would not open to allow me make sure the car was sharing data with the app. They told me to take it to Ford. I tried the last gasp and it worked great. I read to remove the 11/12 fuse from the passenger fuse box for 10 miutes to do a soft reset on the telematics. Menus poped right up after.

So happy!

Thanks @Eric the Red. For me, the 'Share Driving Data' toggle worked finally. I turned it off and on throughout the weekend, and it just happened to start showing the charging + departure info. in the FP app late yesterday. I haven't gone into that menu myself in several months, so I think it was automatically toggled through the recent update I received.
