FordPass Not Responding today

Anyone else getting FordPass not responding in the app this morning? No matter what I try in the app (Android, Pixel 7), I get the error banner at the top of the screen. I killed the app and re-opened it, same thing. Went out and started the car, no change in the app.

I find this totally outrageous. Why does Ford insist on using servers powered by gerbils? They get tired, or hungry, and need a break. When they do, the servers stop functioning.

Wait, wut? Ford uses state of the art technology? Really? Do you sell bridges also?

If I were a Ford Tech executive, the unreliability of FordPass over the past few years would be totally embarrassing to me.

Thanks, happy it is not just "my" problem. Maybe they are upgrading the entire infrastructure and this update will fix all bugs ?

Yeah, there’s an outage it seems like. It might be off of Ford’s control like a DNS outage that happened yesterday which took offline all of Disney’s IT.

my UN-updated Fordpass (v4.21.0) still works fine this am for welcome on approach, and PAAK to start.

I cannot use any 'features' in FP, because I never get to the home screen, because it's telling me I must accept terms and update. I'm totally fine with NOT getting the homescreen as long as PAAK works.

You don't need the server for Bluetooth functions to work.
