Same thing here. I thought I was losing my mind!Up to three people reporting this… Wonder if it’s a buggy OTA. I got slightly different version of this update (included a .2 at the end of the version number) and have not had this issue
Same issue here. Why would they remove the buttons to open/close windows? Makes no sense. One step forward, two steps back with FordPass, BlueCruise (still problematic in my car & not updated to 1.4 yet). Bored with this.Same thing here. I thought I was losing my mind!

except for the fact that most people who use PAAK don't WANT to carry the stupid fob around...Last time I checked, the key fob still lowered the windows with a double press. Presuming it still does so, problem solved.
What button on the fob do you press twice to open the window, I only have a liftgate button and lock unlockbutton.Last time I checked, the key fob still lowered the windows with a double press. Presuming it still does so, problem solved.
The windows down is activated by a double press on the unlock button. Windows close is a double press on the lock button. I just went in the garage and rudely awakened the car to make sure I was correct. It is in the manual somewhere. (For me, finding pretty much anything in the manual is like looking for a needle in a haystack.). It may also be discussed in the “quick start “ booklet that comes with the car. Although I just opened and closed the windows with the fob, I’ve managed to forget whether the second press is “press and hold” or “press and release” …. now if I can just remember my name …. at least I remembered to walk Pebbles the ?, although that’s probably because she reminded me ….?What button on the fob do you press twice to open the window, I only have a liftgate button and lock unlockbutton.

For those of you in the US celebrating the Labor Day holiday, enjoy, and stay safe. And if you’re in another country also celebrating a holiday today, enjoy and stay safe! And maybe we can all take a holiday from whining about the Mustang Mach E, software glitches, and PAAK. That would be refreshing.
Yup, it's gone.I guess my car got an update the other day and now I don't have the window roll down function in the Ford Pass app.... WTF????
No worries. Out of curiosity I looked in the pdf version of the ‘23 manual and found the window topic on page 119. Curiously, it doesn’t seem to discuss closing them, but it’s the same process except using the lock button. The second press is hold until the windows start to move, then release the button. Enjoy!wow, three years of owning two mach es and I had forgotten this or I may never have known it tho I did read the manual a couple times before/ after getting first mach e.
Thanks for the heads up!
Not a hardship, but an inconvenience. Not a major hardship
