Still on 3.27.1 in UK, just checked..

Opened FordPass, map says no chargers found. Ok. Update app to 3.28. Still says no chargers found, anywhere. Is there a fix for this or just have to wait for an update? I restarted my iPhone already and that didn’t help.

Well, 3.28 did work for me until today. Hangs up trying to load. Unsuccessfully tried quitting the app and re-starting the phone to no avail. I don't feel deleting the app and starting from scratch, so I guess I'll go without Ford Pass and see if 3.29 will open. Sigh.

Did you check the filters? FP-Map-Charging-plug type?

Just got this notification a few hours ago via Fordpass. Hopefully this means they'll making improvements in the near future. Just this morning I had to open the app like a damn caveman ? to unlock my doors, then I had to uses my password to start the car.

Aside from today and once yesterday I haven't had any issues unlocking or starting the car since this version.

HAPPY DAYS are here again.
Just appeared new choice in FordPass Vehicle window: I now have 100% Oil life remaining (change when engine oil life remaining is 5% or less - Oh goody, hope it is not too soon)

I am unable to locate the engine. Can somebody please, please help me??

Did/does ford.com or FordPass show your car as an Edge? Other forum members had to have that manually corrected on the back end by working with Ford customer service.

Yes, it still says it is an Edge.
