Actually, the phantom unread message indicator just disappeared today after 3 months of using the app! It's only been a few hours, but so far, I don't miss it

Still there for me. ? ? ?‍
On the plus side, I was able to go to almost every screen in the app without it crashing! I'll definitely take that as a win. Though I am nowhere near my car so who knows what will happen when it connects/tries to connect via BT. ?

Same issue here on my iPhone. Everything EXCEPT charging stations (which, you know…is kind of important). Interestingly, on my iPad, I I have the app installed (not using PAAK on it), and charging stations show up just fine. Same iOS and app version on both.

Update: I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, and now charging stations show up (hooray!). Unfortunately, now I can’t set up PAAK now on my phone. It continually fails saying it couldn’t complete, asking to retry or cancel. So I guess the fob is my future.

Seriously, @Ford Motor Company , regression test your changes. I expected glitches by being an early adopter. I didn’t expect quality of the app to continuously degrade.

Make sure you’ve deleted your “original “ PAAK you set up with that phone from the car in the settings menu. Also make sure you have your fob with you for the new PAAK set up.

Thank you! I couldn’t find how to delete the old one so I created a new one. I’ll dig more on how to remove them. Today I got 2 email notifications that a new key was created (hours after I tried it), so I’m wondering if there was something on the back-end that wasn’t working yesterday as well.

UPDATE: This afternoon I did a reset in the vehicle to delete my original key, I deleted the FordPass app and reinstalled it, re-paired my phone to the car, re-activated connected services, and then after 3 attempts phone as a key activated. So my best advice to anyone with similar issues, scorched earth and start over ?
