It is just interesting because I believe someone posted the specs of the new HVBJB and it’s the same as the old, in that the sustained amps it can support for whatever x minutes. Would that not mean even these will fail again at some point?

Ah, bummer, can't come soon enough! Did they at least order the part? I can't recall and am too lazy LOL. I just fear you run into Labor Day delays, too, if they don't at least have the part on hand to start replacing it on Wednesday.
They've had the part for over a week. I'm honestly not pushing them or my contacts for a speedier resolution. I'm letting things take their course as if I'm just another customer.

Man, let me tell you.... The buckwheat pillow recommendation was spot on. I think I found my new favorite pillow.
I guess I have to join the pillow talk ... I remember getting an infomercial special twenty years ago and it was worth it. Not sure why I gave up on them ... maybe I started getting back pain from lifting the thing to change the pillow case.
I ordered the same one you did after it got thrown out there. It is great to sleep on, I think... just feels so weird LOL. My wife likens it to a bean bag!
