The front wheels are not locked together.
I didn't say wheels I said axles which is true when you are in true 4wd with no differential between the axles which is basically the case with awd, but on the mach e there is no connection between the two axles that I'm aware of.

My Blazer has such a short wheel base and a front axle that will turn it so tightly that even in 2 High with the front differential unlocked it will sometimes feel like a tractor. The tires will fight each other the rear tires will skip a little, etc. My GT-PE does this to such a lesser degree that I don’t hardly notice it. ?‍♂??
But you do notice it to some degree so since mine is a GT-PE also maybe that is normal?

Is 120 the top end on a GT-PE? That's all this one wants to go

Not quite accurate but I don’t want to become a member of the forum semantics police haha.

is it possible you’re just noticing the noise of the tires more than your used to because there’s no engine noise covering it up?

I don’t really notice it any more than in a regular passenger car at ultra slow speeds and full lock. ?‍♂?
