It’s weather resistant, but not waterproof. I spent a long time thinking on where would be a safe place to put the jump point. I came up with nowhere on the exterior, other than under the car. That’s not a place I want to be jumping the car from. But that’s just me. ?I'm pondering where I will be locating a similar/same jump-post in a location not requiring lifting the hood. How weatherproof do you feel that enclosure would be to splashing and rain?
And I'm assuming it could be altered with some kind of effort to improve the weatherproofing if necessary?
If I can succeed at the endeavor, then the LV battery failure won't threaten to inhibit door entry, is my thinking.
