Just for giggles, turn off Wi-Fi in the car, and wait about two weeks. Report back if you get any updates. Some of us are speculating the cars are only updating over cellular and if the updates occur when the car is connected to Wi-Fi, something goes wrong.
Every single update I have received has happened over WiFi, or at least while my vehicle has been connected to WiFi, sitting in my garage.

I have all the updated through 2.3. WiFi has been on for all of them.

That’s a good data point. All of my failed updates have been while connected to Wi-Fi.

Ive never connected my car to Wifi but have got all updates successfully until this most recent one. I've now had 2 "Update not successful" screens. Once when I got back from shopping and another after being overnight in my apartment garage. Not sure why my cars having trouble with this one...

It’s frustrating to not have something you want.

Is there anything specifically in the update you actually want though?

In answer to your question though, Ford is working on it. It’ll be ready when it’s ready. Rushing it through is likely what caused the issue in the first place.

As someone else mentioned, that isn’t a part of the OTA updates currently. Have to go into the dealer to get that one.

The OTA updates haven’t really given anything of substance yet.
