I just saw the new dash layout for the 2024 Lincoln Nautilus (future Edge?) and really like it a lot. The lower part is kind of similar to the Mach-E but I like the upper full width display. Anyway, thought I would see what others think about it.

The ovular steering wheel is a bit odd, they resisted the Tesla yoke though (I'm a round wheel only guy). I'm confused which navigation map I'm supposed to look at, kinda reminds me of using an overhead projector. The passenger screen is a bit gimmicky, but I guess they have to put something there. Following Mercedes' lead on a need to have a passenger screen I see. Reminds me of the old rally clock fad.

Looks like they borrowed the driver monitoring camera from the Mach-E. Would be better if they could have integrated that into the dash display somewhere to avoid the hand block issue. HVAC vents and dash structure also look borrowed from Mach-E.

Not sure I really like the missing B pillar on the passenger side, seems like a safety issue. :p :p

From what I have researched this is not a real example of where Ford is going the new Nautilus is actually a Chinese made vehicle that is being imported here as a stop gap for Lincoln until the next generation of EVs come out. This nautilus is already out in China and I don’t believe this resembles the new Edge. However things could be changing up a bit with Ford changing focus to PHEVs in the near term.
