HVBJB requires ordering by VIN.

Supposedly, failed cars first, never replaced GTs, AWD, ERs, then already replaced with old part.

I tried to jump the queue by having my dealer be proactive. They ordered the part around 3 weeks ago, and it was not yet in stock 2 days ago...

Even though, when I drop the car off, they said that all parts have arrived. I don’t believe that my junction box was ever ordered. As far as I can tell my batteries never been removed from the car and the car been just sitting there for four days., granted one of those was Saturday.

I didn't receive a thank you note, gift or a loaner vehicle. I brought my 2021 MME on January 8, 2024 and it wasn't ready for pick up until January 22, 2024. I dropped it off on January 8th because they confirmed the part was in stock. I requested a loaner vehicle several times but was told none was available. My experience with the 23S56 recall was frustrating. However, MME seems to be functioning correctly after the fix.

Gah I was thinking of a different charging pads (actually was thinking contacts in the HVJB).
They can only send the rubber piece. To replace the charger it's self you have to pull the console apart and kind of need the service manual to figure that one out because the charge is mounted from the bottom.

Parts ordered 2Jan. Came in 23Jan. 21job2 RWD EXT Bat
In the shop 24Jan. Sat in the lot for 2 Days before work started. No warnings or alerts.
Running great no problems. I was there first one. Recall warnings gone. No gifts.

My dealer called me yesterday and said to come on in for that car wash and full battery charge as part of the goody package being talked about on this thread. They said Ford will ship the charging pad and cash card to me. The Fordpass reward points will come eventually. Time will tell.

Dropped off my car today (Wednesday) for HVBJB recall. Got a new(500 miles) Bronco Sport as a loaner. I like the MME better!!
Will let you know if I get the gifts and when I get my car back

Update. Dropped off car Wednesday. Was finished Thursday afternoon. Looks like a remanufactored part. They did something with brakes the charge cord and HVBJB with software.
got a loaner they charged to 100% and maybe a car wash
No card no other commitments from dealer or ford.

My recall was completed 4 weeks ago. Nothing from Ford.
