I called my dealer today and spoke with the Fleet Manager. He said that my VVR still showed my car in Fresno. WTH is it still doing there? Ugh. Less than 200 miles to the final depot, then a 40 minute truck transpo to my dealer…

Yup...Premium AWD Extended Battery. I may have to call my dealer to see what's up. It's weird that it's taking over a month for a car to hit production, but not finish. Annoying.

Mine was supposedly less than 200 miles from its final train depot (Richmond, CA) on Thursday morning. As of yesterday when I called my dealer, there has been no change. The train car was last tracked in Fresno, CA on Thursday morning. Not sure why it’s stagnant. Less than one day’s train ride would have gotten it to Richmond. Once loaded onto a car carrier, the truck ride is 40-45 minutes to my dealer. I suppose on the bright side, my car should be due at my dealer any time now. The Fleet Manager at my dealer supposed that himself. Reminds me that he wanted me to check in with him again today.

If your status on Palsapp is “delivered” then your next step is using the developer tools in a desktop browser to see what your pairedDate and bayedDate are. Then you should be requesting a VVR from your dealer (or another dealer who might be kind enough to get it for you if yours won’t). Palsapp is pretty much done when the car has been delivered to a ramp and paired.

I got an update on my car this morning from a fellow forum member. They said that my car was delivered to my dealer last night. ????

Now I just need to wait until my dealer opens so that I can ensure it got to them and not another dealer and to make sure they know not to install the front plate bracket. ??

Ugh, that sucks. It literally takes them just long enough to log in, enter your 4-digit order number or your VIN and poof it on their screen. Most dealers don’t even bother logging out so they don’t need to log in. ??

Ugh, I texted with the guy at my dealer. He said the car isn’t there yet. I guess the delivery wasn’t for my car being at my dealer, but for it getting to the final train depot? Unless it got sent to the wrong dealer like @Davedough ’s did. ??
