I get your point but the will it fit guys are looking for the perfect look, not just better than factory. If you just want better than factory and don't need a more aggressive offset, width, etc then you can just plug in the mach e to tire rack and see all the wheels that fit.

I guess it just comes down to some people would rather pay more money than do an ounce of work. Which is fine I guess...I just can't really relate. I'm a DIYer. Now, breaks over, gotta get back in the roof and finish my solar system

My wife actually went with a 4X instead of a GT because of what she called “those shit flower wheels”! Didn’t want to ante up for a PE so she said the 4X was quick enough for her.
Totally understand that decision. I myself decided to keep driving AWD Premium until the GT Turbo model is released.

OK so we have pictures of cars with the covers on, we have pictures of the wheels by themselves with the covers off, I'll ask again.

Can someone put the two together and take a picture of their car with the covers off please?

I had a chance today to see one in person, space white just like the one I ordered. I see now why they don't look as bad in person. They look smaller in pictures which doesn't help, when you see the size of the wheels in person it does look better. The aero covers aren't that bad either but I really want to see one without the covers.

Replacement wheels are literally more money. Thousands more in fact. How many thousands depends on whether you go with unifit Tire Rack wheels and centering rings or really go the long dollar for custom forged wheels. Then you'll get next to nothing trying to sell the take offs that most people don't want, if you can sell them at all. Moving up to the PE sure seems like the smart move to me. YMMV.
