Hi everyone
My connectivity is lost since this morning

- FDRS is showing
> GWM error code U2402 - Ethernet failure with Telematic control unit Module
> TCU test has failed. Module not responding. Same as many other module not responding
Any ideas please ?

Did you run a self test and clear the DTCs? Have you tried re-running the GWM and/or TCU configs again?

Hi Neil
Done a self test and still have the GWM error code. How do I re-runn the GWM/and or TCU config with FDRS ? Is it straight forward ? Your help will be appreciated

Go to the SW Updates tab, did you do all the updates that were available? It should have nothing under there if you did them all. If so, I'd then do a network test: at the top you should see "Rerun Network Test" where it rescans all your modules and then go back to SW Updates and see if there is an update now.

If not, click the "all" tab and then in the search box above, type: TCU and do the Module Configuration file. After you do this, run the self-test and see if it clears now. If not, then go back to "all" and search for GWM and do the config file for that, too. I believe both of these updates are USB updates, so a bit trickier.

I have done all the update and there is nothing left
When running a diagnostic GWM will come with U2402 error code and TCU not communication / test failing like many other modules.

Will the module configuration file be automatic ? (I guess I would need my usb card)

Did you do the network scan though? After all updates are done, some updates appear after you do a network scan. Like the APIM updates, etc.

Yes, it just downloads the as-built data back to the module.

Yes, all updates have been done . Just the HVAC was left from yesterday.
Since I see an error in GWM, Would you suggest I do the config file for TCU first or GWM ?
And finally which one I should run on FDRS (SEE PICTURE)

I would do the TCU and then the GWM, but you can try the GWM first. The configuration file for both, the one right under Programmable Module Installation in your picture.

And what about the re-programming option ?

@waltermorel Im guessing you’re sorted now? Just checked PTS and can see you’ve had Tony assisting. PMI sorted it out?

EDIT: Saw Tony helped this morning with PTS, and you have now successfully done HVAC.
