I recently ordered a Mach-E from the website and for my chosen dealer, it explicitly stated that there was no markup over MSRP.
Yet, when I called the manager to confirm my order, he mentioned that they were selling cars at a $2,000 markup over MSRP.
I argue that it's an insidious markup and contradicts the Ford website. What's the best solution here? I don't want to pay above MSRP, especially for a car that won't arrive for 3-6 months.
