FordPass was acting all up for me and I dumbly removed my car and tried again ... two days later I finally "activated" my car and the app is working again.
But now I lost all my connected services. I absolutely need live traffic back.
On ford.com/connectedservices it says Live Navigation is "pending activation". It's been over two days and an incredibly crappy commute until I realized it's because my traffic was dead.
How do I a: contact ford asynchronously since I don't have daytime hours to devote to this problem b: get this resolved without talking to a human?
This is 2021 I should be able to send a reset command from the f'ing app but I had to even get a computer to realize what was going on.
Any advice?
