I stopped by the dealership yesterday. They are un aware of a software fix. Do you have an ssm? Or tsb that I can give them? Was there anything on your paperwork that could be referenced?I had that issue with my early built 2021 premium and after a lot of testing / checking and the dealer having to get Ford Technical Service involved found out there was a coding error in the software. They wrote a software patch for it and the issue was finally fixed.
