It took some figuring out to enable Plug & Charge. It's only a 7 step process. So I figured maybe I'd share what I learned.

1. Log into my Ford.com account and click on My Ford Vehicles

2. Then click on Connected Services and walk through the process there (I've already done this so the screens won't match, but add your card info in here.)
Yeah it's a Ford Edge, LOL. This will start your free 250 kW trial and establish a default payment method.

If you get the message: NO CONNECTED SERVICES AVAILABLE. Then try again a day or two later.

3. Then log into the Ford Pass App and click on Vehicle (it may take time to update).

4. Click on Manage EV

Cool. Thanks!
So start at the website and then move over to the phone. Got it!

Dont have the phone app yet. Will get it when the car arrives but otherwise sounds pretty easy. Thanks again.

Apparently this only works once you get the car LOL.

I do have a connected services link when I go to owner.ford.com but once clicking on it it says "no services are available".

(I was fully expecting that but, you know, had to try.)

Oh and I have a heck of a time with owner.ford.com. Half the time when I click on "Sign in" I get a "bad request" error page right back (link data is too large in details!?). Have to clear my browser cache to actually get it to log in.

I am guessing that enabling this will get you not only your free 250KW, but also the Ford pricing. (at least I am hoping that)

Thanks for taking one for the team. Now I don't have to waste my time.

Thanks very much - very appreciated. I would have thought Ford would have/could have provided these instructions instead of users figuring it out.

WTH is Shell Green lots? Have they gone eco conscious?
Greenlots was a charging company that I avoided because none of their chargers ever seemed to work. Shell bought them a year ago or so. I haven't used them, but there around.

Oh I thought it was because we will have to "shell" out too much for electricity
