Infotainment system glitches out. Anyone seen this before?

Radio kept playing but the screen cuts out. any ideas? This has happened twice luckily got it on video this time.

I've not had the issue, but I know others have. Seems like the only temp "fix" is to reboot the Sync system. Holding volume down and right arrow button for about 10 seconds or until you see it reboot.

I got that too, it rebooted by itself in about 5 mins while I was driving. My wife had that twice already on her 15 mins ride to work (it never came alive during the ride, but was fine when she took the car later, in the evening).

The reboot is done via the controls on the steering wheel?
